Our data center operates at a TIER III level, offering concurrent maintainability with redundant components as a key differentiator. It features multiple distribution paths to support critical operations. Unlike Tier I and Tier II facilities, Tier III allows for maintenance or replacement of equipment without requiring any shutdowns. Tier III builds upon Tier II by adding redundancy, ensuring that any component can be taken offline without affecting IT operations.
Access to colocation equipment is available to a server owner and its engineers. We maintain a list to facilitate the issuance of access permits to the client’s staff by the data center. Our SmartHands service also provides on-demand support from our technical support team, allowing data center engineers to reboot servers, perform patching, or conduct visual audits as requested by clients.
