Senior partner

is an experienced civil and industrial construction engineer with 18 years of expertise in designing and constructing data centers and civil infrastructure. Fluent in English and Russian, Pavel has served as CEO for multiple large construction companies, managing teams of over 500 employees. He has successfully coordinated large-scale projects, including the 270,000 m² Technopark designed by architect Zaha Hadid and multiple Tier III data centers.

Key achievements: Coordinated the first Tier III Data Center in Kyrgyzstan, and led the construction of various large-scale data centers (up to 70 MW).
